Each has a large set of windows to ensure a warm, bright room, and all three bedrooms enjoy the air conditioning. One double bedroom has an ensuite shower room, and there is a second family bathroom on this floor. Both bathrooms are bright, with lovely white-tiled walls. There is also a utility room with an extra shower/WC as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The garden is perhaps the jewel in the crown of this remarkable property. With a huge oval private pool, countless sun loungers and a magical tiled terrace.
