The lovely bedroom is light with a privacy wall separating it from the main living space. There is an elevated enclosed lawned garden to the rear of the barn accessed via the front door and to the side of the barn up a short flight of steps. Perfect for catching some rays, minimal light pollution at night makes star gazing a perfect pursuit too. This is a lovely rural setting adjacent to the prestigious coastal golf course and with the beach at Swanpool nearby for sun, sea and surf. A little further up the coast are the beaches at Gyllyngvase in Falmouth and Maenporth. Take a stroll along the coastal path from your doorstep, with private access across the golf course – ideal for ramblers and golf lovers. A trip into Falmouth town will lead you through winding cobbled lanes showcasing art galleries, restaurants and traditional inns. Here you can also enjoy canoeing, sailing, diving and rowing at Falmouth Watersports Centre or hop on a boat trip to the cathedral city of Truro. St Ives is within easy driving distance, with its white sandy beaches and pretty harbour area and where you can browse boutique shops and art galleries, a perfect day out. A wonderful barn for a relaxing or touring holiday.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbourside pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry viii, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).
