The entrance hall leads into a kitchen/diner, which has an attractive table and chairs.

There is a separate sitting room which has a large granite fireplace that houses a flame effect woodstove which gives a cosy glow for those chilly evenings. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a charming double room with a traditional four poster double bed and the other bedroom with bunk beds, suitable for children. Outside is a private patio with garden furniture, plenty of off-road parking and a garden and brick barbeque with seating area which is shared with the neighbouring, Sarah's Cottage.

Nestled in picturesque Cornish countryside are the three charming cottages that make up Aldermoor Farm. Within a 15 minute drive of Boscastle and Tintagel, Primrose Cottage retains much charm and character and is situated within the grounds of the owner's 70 acre farm on the edge of Bodmin Moor.

Aldermoor Farm is perfectly located for exploring Cornwall, and offers a haven for walkers and birdwatchers with an abundance of walking trails nearby on Bodmin Moor. The villages of Port Isaac (known to many by the Doc Martin series), Padstow and Tintagel (famous for the Tintagel Castle ruins) are also within easy driving distance.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Entrance into open plan kitchen/dining room with family size table and chairs. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge. Sitting room with electric flame effect woodburning stove and TV. Downstairs bathroom with bath, hand held shower attachment, WC and basin. First floor: Bedroom 1 with 4 Poster Double. Bedroom 2 with 2'6 Bunks suitable for children.

Facilities and services: Linen and towels. NS heaters. No smoking. 2 pets welcome. Highchair. Shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer (small charge for washing machine and tumble dryer). Shared games room with table tennis table, football table, bodyboards and a variety of books and children's games. Garden furniture. Shared barbecue. Ample private parking. Short breaks available. 3pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
