Less than half a mile from the South West Coast Path offering breathtaking views of St Austell Bay and the sandy beach at Carlyon Bay, this is an ideal base for both walkers and families wishing to explore South Cornwall.  The nearest dog friendly beaches are Spit Beach and Par Beach about a 10 minute drive. 

The renowned Carlyon Bay Hotel and Spa is open to non-residents just a few hundred yards along Sea Road and there are a choice of pubs and local restaurants approximately half a mile away.  The nearest shop is 1.5 miles and the beautiful gardens of Pinetum and the Eden Project are within 10 minutes by car.

Thanks to the convenient location this terrific property occupies, easy vehicular access to some of the must visit places around South Cornwall including the scenic destinations of Charlestown and Fowey can be enjoyed.  With the train line close by, access around the county and further afield from the Par and St Austell stations offers up a variety of additional visitor destinations to choose from. 

Stay - The Accommodation...

Entered from the tarmac parking area, two steps lead up to the French Doors which open directly into the spacious open-plan living room with laminate flooring.

There is comfortable lounge seating, a breakfast bar with stools and a neatly fitted kitchenette with electric oven and two ring ceramic hob.  To the rear is a fully tiled shower room WC with vanity basin.

The carpeted bedroom is upstairs and has lovely views out across the eighteenth hole and sea beyond.  The bedroom comprises of a double bed and single bed with small wall mounted television.  There is ample hanging and drawer space and the property has gas central heating.

A side gate leads to a paved patio area and rear garden and there is parking for 2 cars.

*****Guests booking The Bunker have the exclusive use and the same dates will be closed at The Caddie to ensure your privacy is not compromised*****

For larger parties, a lockable interconnecting door can be made available leading to The Caddie (ID no. 828) sleeping an additional 5 persons.

This property welcomes two dogs of any size.

A returnable security deposit of £100 is required.
