It is only 4 miles from the vibrant resort of Newquay, with it's impressive selection of beaches and all the attractions that you would expect from one of the UK's most popular seaside towns. Set just off the main road into Newquay the cottage is approached along a quiet country lane. With ample private parking directly in front of the cottage you will be welcomed with a real Cornish cream tea, perfect after a long journey. Upon entering the cottage, you are greeted by the spacious open plan living area, featuring a vaulted ceiling and modern log burner. Sit back and relax on the inviting sofa and enjoy a refreshing drink after a day on the beach or walking the exhilarating coastal path. An Bowji boasts a contemporary, well-equipped kitchen featuring granite worktops and space to prepare meals to enjoy at the beautiful oak dining table. There are three bedrooms here, the master king size double on the first floor and a further king size double and a twin, with a pull out trundle bed, on the ground floor set close to the wet room. The property is wheelchair friendly with ramps to access the property. The ground floor bedrooms benefit from having wheelchair accesible doors, all being on one level. Also leading through to the wet room, ensuring that the shower, sink and toilet have a natural flow, for ease of use and room for assistance if required. Outside at the rear of the cottage the patio and enclosed garden offer relaxation at any time of day. An extra feature of a warm outside shower perfect for washing dirty/sandy dogs, wetsuits etc before entering the house. A mile down the road in the village of Quintrell Downs there are a selection of pubs which offer great food with an outstanding local reputation. The vibrant resort of Newquay offers attractions and activities to suit the whole family, from watersports to the superb sea life centre. Take a trip to the south coast and explore something different with some fantastic beaches and watersports to enjoy. Why not explore the fishing village of Padstow where there are pubs, shops and a post office, or visit Truro's museums and cathedral. For a great day out, take a visit to the Eden Project, the Martyn Mining Museum, The National Maritime Museum or the Minnack Theatre. A wonderful cottage in a great location to enjoy all Cornwall has to offer all year round.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and selection of restaurants and pubs, promises a holiday to remember. For walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches.
