Location and outside facilities are good, the cottage could do with another bathroom/toilet especially if 5 people were staying there. The current bathroom could do with an update and the stairs would benefit from a banister. Wifi excellent.

A lovely relaxing holiday to Kilminorth Cottages, set in lovely surroundings with woodlands and a 5 minute drive to Looe. We stayed in Hayloft, with 3 bedrooms, lovely open plan kitchen/ living room, amazing hot tub.Definitely 5
