Iva Cottage is in a lovely central location in the estuary town of Fowey on the south coast of Cornwall. Set across two floors it has been lovingly renovated to provide bright and welcoming accommodation in a traditional setting. There is something for everyone to enjoy in the Fowey area, from lazing on the beach, to walking the coast path or going on a fishing trip from the harbour.

Iva Cottage is a little gem and wonderfully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. All of the appliances and equipment is easy to use. Everything was spotless on arrival and the cottage was warm and cozy which made us feel very welcome. Any problems we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Located close to Fowey town centre. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Iva Cottage is a lovely warm and cosy home situated right on top of Fowey town centre. It is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen for dining in. It is possible to stop the car outside to load and unload and public parking is not far away (although Fowey is a very steep town so bear that in mind!). There are five pubs within a few hundred metres and a further four restaurants so eating and drinking out is very convenient. The walk back to the cottage from town is also very short. All in all Iva Cottage is a perfect little spot to stay at if exploring the south coast of Cornwall is on your itinerary and we highly recommend it. This was our second stay!

Iva cottage is located up a steep road, 5 minutes walk into town and longer on the return. First looks all was good, however the decorative order has started to look tired, the outside space was not pleasant and the main bedroom could really take a King size bed! The pillows were very hard. The shower was excellent.
