This modern, comfortable apartment, situated in a small block of similar apartments in a residential part of Fowey, is ideal for those wanting accommodation all on one level with parking right outside and is in a great position to enjoy everything the area has to offer. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms it is ideal for a family or couples sharing.

A 15 minute walk will take you down into the picturesque estuary town of Fowey where you can stroll along the quaint streets and enjoy the many independent shops, eateries and galleries. If you want to catch the shuttle bus back it will drop you off right by the apartment. Readymoney Cove, to the south of the town, has a sandy beach protected by cliffs and two miles to the west Polkerris Beach is a family-friendly, sheltered beach with its own harbour overlooking St Austell Bay. Here you can make use of local watersports facilities. Further afield some great places to visit include The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project, both within an easy drive.
