Lovely designed modern house. Well maintained garden. The hamlet of Rosemelling was very peaceful and just a short walk away a very well run local pub in Luxulyan beckoned. Highly recommended. Local history/walks very interesting especially the walk to the viaduct.

Excellently maintained property which is extremely child friendly and well equipped. Good location for travelling locally and everything within 20 mins. Local shop, pub and train are also a massive bonus.
