If you fancy a break from cooking, set at the heart of Stonerush Lakes and within an easy walk of your lodge, lies the Old Mill lakeside bar and restaurant offering a charming venue for a delicious meal or a relaxing drink by the wood burning stove or out on the deck overlooking Miller’s Island. The charming village of Pelynt is only 2 miles away if you're eager to explore the local area. Further afield, the popular harbour towns of Looe and Polperro are only a short drive away, making 7 Lake View a perfect base to explore the magnificent Cornish countryside.

With plenty of areas to visit, Lanreath is a quiet, pleasant place offering easy access to the coast, the moors, National Trust properties and Cornwall's famous gardens. Nearby Pelynt is home to a parish church, a number of local shops and pubs, especially the Jubilee Inn, which was an original farmhouse dating back to the 16th century.
