This stunning, semi-detached house is situated on the crest of a hill and offers uninterrupted sea views from its large picture window and extensive decked patio area complete with a hot tub, which leads out onto the spacious lawn. It is ideally suited for families wishing to escape to their own seaside sanctuary.

Ground floor bedrooms and bathroom. Double bedroomwith 6ft super king size bed and en-suite shower room (shower cubicle, WC and basin). Second double bedroomwith 6ft super king size bed. Bunk bedroomwith 3ft bunks and additional 3ft truckle bed (sleeps 3). Family bathroomwith bath, shower over, basin and WC. Stairs up to open plan living space. Living room with leather sofas, 42 Freeview TV and DVD player. Kitchen/diner with all neff kitchen appliances, touch control ceramic hob, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and dining table to seat six.
Outside: Large lawn area (not enclosed). Decked area with table and chairs. Uninterrupted sea views.
Parking: Designated parking for one car very close to property. Additional parking on site subject to availability.

Included: Bed linen, towels (no beach towels),WiFi, electricity and heating (gas - underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs). Travel cot and high chair available on request. Towels for the beach and pool can be rented on arrival at £3 per towel per week.
