S48470 has been designed with comfortable living in mind. This modern, spacious house is ideally suited to a family or friends sharing who enjoy socialising around the dining table whether it be in the impressive kitchen/dining room or al fresco on the sunny, paved patio.
Situated on the edge of Polruan, S48470 stands in a commanding position and provides some limited views across the town and bay. A short walk takes you down into the village where you can meander through the quaint streets or catch the ferry over to Fowey to enjoy a meal at one of the many fabulous eateries. Step out of the property and within 5 minutes you can be out on to a stunning section of the South West Coast Path.
The owner has given careful thought to making this a very enjoyable and well-equipped holiday home with many quality features such as air-conditioning to maintain the ideal environment, oak flooring throughout, the provision of a work space for those needing to stay in contact with their business and a sofa that easily converts to a 4' bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Kitchen/Diner: Range induction cooker with double oven, Bosch American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, wall-mounted TV, dining table and chairs. French doors lead out to the paved patio.
