Great location and house for a stay in Looe. Short walk to everything. Loved it.

The Little House in Looe Cornwall was beautiful, we stayed for a week had lovely time. House is set in an old Sunday school lounge and kitchen are on first floor a set of stairs to climb up but the views over the river are fantastic. Very comfy sofas and bed, well equipped and very clean. No parking outside but you get a permit for the Millpool carpark 15 mins walk but saves you around £50 in parking fees. You will have to park car at bottom of hill in a loading bay and carry all your stuff up to building about 5 mins walk but very steep so could be problem if you not so mobile. We have been coming to Looe for about 30 years so we are well aware of hills and that's part of its charm. Lovely house that we would visit again. Thank you for great holiday.
