The pretty stone-built village of Ludgvan on the beautiful, rugged Penwith peninsula, 3 miles from Penzance, and 5 miles from St Ives really is ideally positioned for a Cornish holiday. On the edge of the village, a few yards from the church is this pretty semi-detached 18th cent. cottage. It rambles over three storeys and has been lovingly restored to preserve its original character and charm. There's a cosy sitting room with dining area and a charming kitchen with stable doors that lead to the large, sunny conservatory. On the first floor are two bedrooms a king size double and a room with adult bunks. They share a family bathroom. Outside, the terraced garden sits over two levels and has shrubs, a nice lawn and beautiful far-reaching views to St Michaels Mount and Mounts Bay. Perfect for exploring some of Cornwalls most popular towns, you can stroll along the seafront promenade and take in the beautiful views of the bay and St Michaels Mount at Penzance or visit the National Trust gardens of Trengwainton and pretty harbour village of Mousehole. Popular St Ives has some of the finest beaches in the UK, as well as art galleries and interesting shops, and Lands End is within an easy drive.
