This cottage has been fully refurbished and is presented to a very high standard and is located close to Oystermouth Castle. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms and has beautiful views over Swansea Bay.
The cottage is close to the Swansea bay promenade, and Mumbles village is only a short walk away. The traditional Beaufort pub is just a stone's throw away.

Ground Floor: Accessed from the front up 4 steps.
Reception/Dining Area: Open plan with access onto the rear garden. L-shaped sofa, occasional furniture and a spiral staircase leading to the first floor terrace. The oak dining table has 6 chairs.
Kitchen: Dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, single oven with separate grill, 4-ring gas hob and washing machine with an island in the middle.
Reception 2: 2 x sofas, a flatscreen TV with BT Vision package and DVD player.

Master Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, an en suite shower room with WC and basin and a set of double doors lead directly onto the terrace.

Bedroom 3: Single bed and wardrobe with access onto the first floor terrace.
