High ceilings and exposed beams bring a cosy feel to the layout. Four bedrooms are beautifully presented, with something for the whole family, including a master room, which features its own en-suite, and scenic views which sweep out towards the fields. A family bathroom ties this all together. Outside, you can enjoy the location first hand by relaxing on the raised decked area, your opportunity to truly getaway from it all. Mawnan Smith on the northern banks of the Helford estuary is a great base to explore all of west and central Cornwall. It is a small village with a popular 17th Century 'thatched' pub (the Red Lion), restaurant and shops, also a working forge and craft centre. Developed as a distribution centre for goods and produce for the Lizard Peninsula.
