(Please be aware that within the staircase area there is restricted headroom). Bodmin, 1 mile, has a wide selection of amenities including supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, cycle hire and the infamous Bodmin Gaol.  The Eden Project and Lanhydrock House are a fifteen minute drive respectively. This is an ideal base for touring the County with easy road access and situated midway between the North and South coasts both less than a half hours drive, there are also countryside walks, golf courses, cycle routes and hiking trails in the area.
