Experience - The Area...

Just a short drive to Polzeath, Rock and Port Isaac is Rosewin Cottage, a spacious semi-detached property with off road covered parking, enclosed patio and well laid out three bedroom, two bathroom accommodation.

Situated on the road between Boscastle and Wadebridge, means that you are less than 3 miles from the glorious beaches at Polzeath and New Polzeath and just an 8 and 10 minute drive respectively to Rock and Port Isaac. Rosewin Cottage is most conveniently located for accessing these popular North Cornwall destinations. 

The bustling town of Wadebridge is again just a few minutes drive away and can boast a high street with shops and cafes, two screen cinema and choice of larger supermarket on the outskirts of the town.  The park at Egloshayle has tennis courts and two play parks catering for younger and older children alike. 

The famous Camel bicycle trail (from Wadebridge to Padstow and/or Bodmin) with choice of bike hire outlets is a thoroughly enjoyable day out with bike trailers available to hire for the dog too...so everyone can go!

Stay - The Accommodation...

The versatile accommodation means that you have a ground floor double bedroom with adjacent family bathroom WC and separate shower cubicle.  The remaining two bedrooms (double and twin) are upstairs with the double having a good size shower ensuite WC. This accommodation layout works really well if you have older members of the family joining you. The upstairs double bedroom is dual aspect and has lovely views out across the neighbouring fields.

Ample hanging and drawer space is provided across the bedrooms. All bedrooms are carpeted.

In addition, there are two living areas comprising of a large separate living room with leather easy seating and wood burner to one end and a comfortable living space with sofa and large freestanding television off the kitchen/diner to the other end of the cottage.

From the kitchen /dining room there is access out into the fully enclosed and sunny patio (with step) where a stand for your portable barbecue is provided as well as garden furniture.

Out by the car port (2 spaces available) is a handy utility room with washing machine, under cover washing line, hosepipe and outdoor tap.

Please note - the car port spaces differ slightly in size but can accommodate up to two cars.  Space 1 measures 280cm wide x 183 cm high x 440 cm deep with space 2 measuring 265 x 183 x 390 cms.

This property welcomes one dog of any size or two small dogs.
