This beautifully presented barn conversion with pretty country garden is the perfect holiday home for family or friends, set in the hamlet of Trescowe just a couple of minutes in the car from the sandy beach at Praa Sands. Cook up a storm on the Range in the oak crafted kitchen and gather around the generous dining table with a cream tea or pasty. After the day's adventures enjoy a soak or shower in one of the three bathrooms and recline in the comfy bedrooms; the master bedroom has a door to the patio and pretty, private, enclosed garden with a sunshiny lawn, ideal for children to play and barbecues. The seaside village of Praa Sands is just two and half miles away with a stunning beach, Beachside bar and the south west coastal path which takes you towards Marazion or in the opposite direction Porthleven which is a lovely harbour town. Marazion, with its stretch of sandy beach around Mounts Bay has a myriad of galleries, gift shops, cafes and traditional inns. St Michael's Mount, reached by foot across the cobbled causeway or ferry boat at high water makes for a great day's exploration. This part-time isle has a dinky harbour and gardens leading to the fortress at the peak. There are lots of things to see and do, and you will be returning to a peaceful haven at the end of the day.

Praa Sands is an excellent surfing and swimming beach. Lifeguarded during the summer months, there is also a surf school offering kayak, surfboard and wetsuit hire. The cafe and bar/restaurant at the western end of the beach is popular, and a stroll to the eastern end will ensure tranquillity. Praa Sands is also home to a nine hole Golf and Country Club, open to non members plus a small post office stores for provisions.
