Overlooking the iconic clock tower, pier and miles of beach, Chapel Downs is situated in Breageside and is ideally suited for both large or extended family visits.
Chapel Downs is a grand cottage which overlooks Porthleven harbour towards the iconic Institute Clock Tower and out towards The Lizard and Mount’s Bay. Sleeping seven people and two dogs, the rooms are large enough for the whole group to get together and not feel on top of each other. The living room is on the first floor to make the most of the amazing sea views and there is an upper first floor to the back of the house which has the master bedroom and bathroom. Outside at the back of the cottage, there is a sloped garden, terraced areas with seating and a lovely large lawn.

This is a lovely cottage. Perfect location with two parking spaces was great and plenty of room for everyone. The cottage was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay if eating in or out. The cleanliness was 5* and could not fault it in any way. The view from the window seats in the lounge was fabulous quite exciting watching the wild sea and beautiful sun rises. The property was easy to find and also the check in was very easy. Would highly recommend this property many thanks for a lovely break.

Chapel Downs was an amazing holiday property for a family of 6 adults and a three year old. Lots of space, very comfortable, plenty of equipment, beautiful garden and an ideal location. We would define recommend.

Very happy week at Chapel Downs. Especially the armchair by the window overlooking the harbour! Plenty to do within a 40 minute drive of the village. Well equipped cottage, comfortable beds and allocated parking was a bonus.
