Taking inspiration from this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Applewood is beautifully decorated and equipped with little touches of luxury including original artwork, Cath Kidston linen, Villeroy Boch crockery and a superking bed. 2 miles from Padstow and 10 minutes drive from several magnificent sandy, surfing beaches. The village now has a lovely restaurant just down the road.

The Lodge was brilliant for the 6 of us and dog. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The addition of the extra fridge freezer in the kitchen is a very good idea as we have stayed in a similar lodge which just had a small built in fridge. The photographs of Applewood don't do it justice actually as it is a very lovely property. The area is also incredibly peaceful and quiet allowing you to really switch off and unwind. All in all we had a fab time and would definitely return

We have stayed here several times before and every time it is perfect :) a short drive from Padstow and other gorgeous beaches nearby. Even if the weather is awful it’s a lovely place to stay!
