Coachman's Cottage is a comfortable, well appointed, fully self contained two bedroom property with large gardens, picturesque pub on the doorstep and is close to the popular village of Port Isaac on the North Coast. The bustling town of Wadebridge with Camel bicycle trail is less than five miles away with the sandy beaches at Polzeath and Rock just a fifteen minute drive.

The St Kew Inn is just a short stroll from the property and serves delicous food throughout the day and evening. Just over 1 mile away in nearby St Kew Highway you will find a petrol garage, convenience store, the Red Lion pub and traditional fish and chip shop.

Port Isaac is just 3 miles drive away with some of the County's most beautiful beaches such as Polzeath and Daymer Bay an easy fifteen minute drive. The town of Wadebridge is a ten minute drive away and has an array of independent shops, restaurants and supermarkets to choose from.

Stay - The Accommodation...

Attached to the owners home and entered from the side of the property is a pleasant hallway off which the living/dining room and kitchen can be found. The living area with underfloor heating has comfortable dining and leather easy seating which overlooks the pretty garden. French doors lead out onto the south facing slate terrace with smart teak garden furniture. The country style kitchen with an electric AGA provides ample storage space with breakfast bar and stools for a chilled out morning cuppa! A handy ground floor cloakroom WC and understairs cupboard which houses the washer dryer can also be found off the hallway.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms. The spacious king bedroom with 5ft double and the twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds both have ample hanging and drawer space and lovely views out onto the gardens and woodlands beyond. A stylish family bathroom WC with bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin and underfloor heating is located between the two bedrooms.

The property is heated by the AGA combined with storage heating upstairs and underfloor heating to the living room and bathroom.There is ample parking on a gravelled surface to the front of the property for two cars. As well as the South facing slate terrace to the front of the property, owners are more than happy for guests to have use of all the 3 acres of garden space and woodland.
