S42666 is a delightful 3* cottage, finished in a contemporary style located on Atlantic Bays Holiday Park, near Padstow.

A delightful modern holiday cottage with solid bamboo floors throughout, one of a number set in a peaceful estate of holiday chalets built in 27 acres of grassed parkland. S42666 is deceptively spacious, beautifully designed and furnished in a contemporary style to provide a light airy home well equipped with every comfort. The estate benefits from a children's play area, designated barbecue area, launderette, small shop and a bar.  The Atlantic Bays Holiday Park estate is ideally located for exploring North Cornwall and only half an hour's drive from the Eden Project. 

ground floor:
Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: Built in electric oven and hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, mini hi-fi system with CD, tape and radio, TV with built-in DVD player, sofa bed.
Lobby: Washing machine.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6''), wardrobe, drawers or shelving, hair dryer.
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (3'), wardrobe, drawers or shelving.
Bathroom: Bath (Mira electric power shower over), basin, w.c.

garden & parking: Car park close by with ample parking, a patio with 2 wooden tables and 4 chairs in front of the bungalow and grass all around the property. There is a designated barbecue area on the site (barbecues are not allowed at the property). There is also a children's play area on the estate.

Changeover Day: Saturday arrival - 3:00pm - departure - 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; panel heaters in all main rooms, underfloor heating, fan heater and electric towel rail in bathroom, hot water by electric immersion.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired - see hire page.
Shop: Small shop on site (seasonal), otherwise 500 yds  Pub: On site.

"Been to S42666 before and both times excellent, great little chalet. Already booked for next year (The Buoys for next year). Been going to Cornwall for holidays since I was about 5, I am 46 now with my own family. Love Cornwall and don't want to go anywhere else. Like a bit of Cornish heaven for my weeks holiday which i get with your properties."
