After we arrived and complained to the company reception on the site and they were no help. I called your company as you don't own the property you couldn't help. I had the family in the car and didn't unload, at 6.30pm we had to book somewhere as we had nowhere to stay so booked a Premier inn. Later that evening we were contacted to have another chalet which was probably in the same state. As I had already booked another hotel as stuck asked for our £160 to be refunded which was refused, If you are decent company you would give us a refund and not book this disgusting place for other customers.

It advertised 2 bathrooms and there was 1 The mattresses all need replacing, you can feel every spring Needs hooks on backs of doors to hang towels to dry there is no where to dry them
