Located in a lovely village setting, this cosy and romantic cottage for two is situated in Polgooth, 5 miles from the popular seaside fishing port and village of Mevagissey and 3 miles from the charming unspoilt Georgian port of Charlestown. With stone walls and beams adding to the character, this cottage offers comfortable, spacious accommodation all year round where dog owners and walkers are most welcome. You enter the cottage through the enclosed garden via the conservatory into the open plan living room with a large comfy sofa to relax at the end of a day exploring this beautiful area of Cornwall. The double bedroom is situated on the first floor together with the bathroom to enjoy a good soak before wandering down to the 16th century Polgooth Inn, just a short stroll from the cottage. Serving the very best local produce offering extensive menus the pub is open all day, every day, a real family-run community pub you are assured of a good Cornish welcome. With warming open fires in the winter months and a beautiful beer garden overlooking the valley as well as live music, this is a wonderful pub for all seasons. With so many classic Cornish villages to visit, the major tourist attractions of The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan and the many coves and beaches to explore, there will always be lots to see and do here making a stay at Belbine Cottage a real escape from it all.

Just 3 miles from the sea, the village of Polgooth is close to several lovely beaches, and the south-west coastal path also runs close by. The area has a host of visitor attractions, with the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Tall Ships Harbour at Charlestown all within a 15 minute drive. The quaint fishing harbour at Mevagissey is just 5 miles away, and the Roseland Peninsula with the villages of St. Mawes and St. Just-in-Roseland lies just a little further.
