Traditional barn conversion set in beautiful Cornish countryside, immediately adjacent to the Saints Way, and only a 15 minute drive from some of the North Coast's beaches.

The Farmhouse is a charming converted barn, giving you the best of both worlds; only a 15 minute drive to many of North Cornwall's superb beaches, including Harlyn and Mawgan Porth, and ideally located for exploring all of Cornwall, it also provides a taste of 'The Good Life.'  Located on the owners' small holding which produces a huge variety of organically grown fruit and veg and an abundance of flowers.  Children with surplus energy to burn can enjoy the freedom of the one acre paddock and may also enjoy an extensive library of children's books.  The world famous Eden Project is only a half hour drive and the walkers amongst you will enjoy The Saints Way, a coast to coast path, which is immediately adjacent to The Farmhouse.  For those of you wanting to partake in a creative experience, professional Cornish potter Deborah Mitchell has her pottery here at West Park Farm and by arrangement guests are welcome to join in a guided pottery experience and may also purchase some of her beautiful and unique creations.

This property offers a low occupancy discount of 20% for parties of 4 or fewer or 50% for 2 or fewer on full weekly bookings at certain times of the year which means that if low occupancy for 2, then you are restricted to the use of one bedroom and if low occupancy for 4, then you are restricted to the use of two bedrooms.  Please contact us to let us know which bedrooms you would like use of.  This discount is automatically applied and the holiday price you are quoted reflects this.
