Bell Cottage is a two bedroom reverse level cottage, situated just outside the town of Sidmouth, close to surrounding countryside, town centre and the Jurassic Coast.
Internally, the cottage offers open plan living areas with extensive countryside views and two bedrooms, each with their own en suite. Externally, there is a communal garden area with seating from which the farmland views can be enjoyed.
The nearby town of Sidmouth is one of the prettiest seaside towns in Devon, enjoying period 18th and 19th century architecture, floral displays and a welcoming atmosphere all year round. The town is fiercely proud of its selection of traditional and independent shops, which are a refreshing break from the humdrum high street multiples found in so many towns across the UK.

...cottage was well equipped with everything you'd need to have a relaxing home from home. It was very quiet (we didn't see another soul the whole week and met no one coming up or down the narrow lane) with lovely rurual views. Downstairs was snug but perfectly adequate with good storage, clever use of space. We liked that it was 'upside' down thus making the most of the fabulous views. There is a small garden a short distance from the cottage which also took advantage of the views. The location is well placed for touring the area, lots to see and explore. ...cleanliness is excellent. This ranks as one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in and would thoroughly recommend staying there. There is a short drive up a very narrow lane up to the cottage which has a few passing points and is used by farm traffic - however we didn't encounter any problems, but perhaps we were lucky!
