    Andrew – 9 Dec 2018
"Very attractive, warm, comfortable and well-appointed cottage with lovely view out to sea and short walk to the picturesque harbour. Was ideal for a relaxing break and close to town, shops, pubs and interesting landscape features of Ilfracombe. The owners, who live next door, were very friendly and helpful."
    REBECCA – 27 Nov 2018
"This was our second year staying at Palm Leas and we'll be back again next year! Wonderful owners, so welcoming. Beautiful location with stunning views and just a short walk from the harbour via the donkeys and goats (who are very friendly). We love coming this time of year (end of October), it's always so cosy in the cottage."

"lovely cottage comfortable and warm in a great location close to town with out being in it. We were made very welcome and will definitely be coming again.John and Jo"
    Paul – 13 Nov 2018
"Lovely cottage, very clean and all the equipment we needed. Nice to have the wood burner with a plentiful supply of logs especially as the weather was on the cool and windy side. Another nice touch was the wine, biscuits and flowers left for us, so thoughtful. A nice view of the sea from the lounge patio doors and so convenient for walking into town. Some nice walks to along the coastal paths as well. A pub for meals just a two minute walk away. I would thoroughly recommend Palm Leas as an ideal stay for 2/3 people."
    Richard – 23 Oct 2018
"Palm Leas is a very comfortable annex to The Leas. It is very well presented to a high standard and has all necessary facilities for a very comfy stay whatever the weather. The beds are very comfortable and it is in a quiet location at the end of a private road, so a good nights sleep is assured. It has exceptional views from the lounge patio doors over the Bristol Channel and there are palm trees in view in the garden. We received a welcoming call from the owner to ensure everything was satisfactory, which was very much appreciated. We were not familiar with this side of Ilfracombe but we found it to be very close to the local beach and a short 10 min walk to the harbour and the centre of town down a pleasant coast road. The road gives a good view of Damien Hirst's Statue Verity installed at the harbour mouth. Also close is the Hillsborough hill which gives very good views over Ilfracombe. Can certainly recommend this property."

"Second time at this holiday home. Bad reception from television Ariel. Tv get going off all the time. The parking is a bit of a nightmare as there is abit of a drop at the end of the driveway. Not really a lot to do in the immediate area you have to go down to the harbour. There is a cafe next door but to be honest it was never open in the evenings. I wouldn’t come back but only because we live too far away."
    Susannah – 25 Aug 2018
"We loved our stay at Palm Leas. It was very comfortable and the owners made us feel very welcome with some lovely flowers and a bottle of wine. It’s in an excellent location about 10 minutes walk from the harbour and town and the views from the house are stunning."
    Louisa – 20 Aug 2018

"Beautiful sea view, comfy little annexe cottage. Very well located for a short walk to town centre but easy to drive out to supermarket and beaches."
    Gemma – 2 Aug 2018
"Absolutely fantastic holiday. Palm Leas is the perfect place to stay. The cottage as everything you could possibly need and more feels just like home. The owners leave a lovely welcome pack and also call you to make sure everything is ok. I couldn't felt anything about the cottage and the local area is wonderful to so much to see and do. Loved every minute of our holiday and it helped that the weather was fantastic."
    Bruce – 15 Jul 2018
"Very good accommodation in a very good location for both views and amenities in the area. We had the most stunning sunsets as a result of the exception all weather. Would certainly stay there again."
    Barry – 30 Jun 2018
"An excellent holiday in comfortable, well-equipped accommodation with a pleasant garden affording sea views. A fifteen minute stroll to the picturesque harbour with a variety of boat trips and good restaurants and cafes. A short drive gets you to the wonderful beach at Woolacombe. Even the weather was perfect!"
