Ample indoor space for all the generations and wonderful outdoor space including a large terrace for alfresco dining and viewing the night sky(Exmoor is the first European International Dark Sky reserve). Lower Cowley Farmhouse has been welcoming visitors for over 20 years and offers a fantastic retreat for all the family to get together, unwind and enjoy the peaceful beauty of Exmoor.

Bathroom 1 with bath, hand held shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin.  Bathroom 2 with double ended bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and basin. Bathroom 3 with bath, separate shower, WC and basin.Separate attached 1 bedroom cottage with own private entrance and a connecting door to main house with open plan living/dining /kitchen area with elec hob, kettle and toaster, DVD and monitor screen. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Kitchen & utilities: with electric range cooker(5 rings, warming zone, 2 ovens and a grill),microwave, 2 fridges, dishwasher and dining table for 6. Boot room off the kitchen with fridge and freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer in utility room and additional washing machine in further utility area.
