We had a very enjoyable week at Oysters -there was plenty of room for the 5 adults in our party, The view of the beach from the front of the house is wonderful, the terrace there is a real suntrap. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and there is a good sized fridge/freezer. The beds were all very comfortable. and the showers were good with plentiful hot water. Parking is easy. It is a 10 minute walk down to the centre of Woolacoombe from the property and a little longer,as it is uphill ,on the way back! There are steep steps up to the front door which might be an issue for those with young children or mobility problems.

Oysters was a fantastic place to stay, with the most beautiful view from the patio - could have happily stayed forever. It was very well equipped - even down to the smallest things - a real home away from home. The place was immaculately clean, the wifi was excellent (!) and it was close enough to walk to the beach each day - the added bonus being that our fitness definitely improved during the week with the walk home!
