Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Warning: Kayaks to use at your own risk. Do not allow children to play unsupervised around the Frogmore Creek. Beware of reversing out of the driveway onto main road. Wood not provided for the log burner & can be purchased locally with firelighters. Please also note that the cooker controls are electronic/magnetic and wearers need to be aware.

We had a lovely stay in your beautiful house in a fabulous setting. We loved kayaking along the local creek. Also we had an amazing sightings of Jupiter, Saturn and the moon with the astronomical telescope. We also had lovely walks round Beesands, Torcross and Blackpool Sands. Thank you!

Wow! Thank you very much for a fantastic stay at your gorgeous house. The house is so well equipped with everything you need and more. We have used the kayaks, we feel very lucky to have them to use. We have visited lots of lovely places, such as Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Dartmouth, Blackpool Sands beach which is gorgeous. The information manual was very useful. We really hope we can come back again. Thank you.

What an amazing house! Love, love, loved it! We brought our own kayaks & gear and enjoyed the ease of just walking them out of the garage and down the short slope to the water. We went for a paddle almost everyday. We had sunshine pretty much all week so also enjoyed the deck, but also spent our afternoon reading in the summer house away from the rest of the world. Everything is so comfy - the snug carpet for my pilates mat, beds & settees all lovely - and well thought out with sockets all over the place. The new cafe by the bridge is great for coffees and their quiches for lunchtime were superb. Best day out definitely Holne Woods, with a walk & picnic by the river watching the locals swim. The house is spotlessly clean too, quite a feat with so much to dust. Thank you for your hospitality.
