This lovely holiday home is split over 3 different levels, providing everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Firm Anchor boasts a private courtyard and balcony, perfect for sharing family dinners and watching the sunset over the South Hams Hills. If you are adventurous, then Salcombe is the perfect destination to spend time outdoors exploring the beautiful sandy beaches trying your hard at kayaking or paddle boarding or walking the stunning coastal paths. A Salcombe Regatta is held annually in August, providing even more fun for the whole family.

Firm Anchor is an ideal base from which to explore the South Hams. Only 800 yards away from the thriving town centre full of shops, local restaurants and cafes. This five bedroom property accommodates up to nine people, has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining/living area. There are three bathrooms in the property, one located on each floor. 

Sleeps: Sleeps 9 people in 5 bedrooms

Beds: One king size bed, one double bed, three singles and one bunk beds. 

Rooms: Living, Kitchen, dining open plan area with access onto the balcony. 5 bedrooms (one en-suite), with stunning views. Bedrooms in the lower level access to the garden. 

Bathroom: with a bath, walk in shower, towel rail, toilet and wash basin.

Shower room: WC, shower and wash basin.

Kitchen and Utilities: Electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and inbuilt fridge/freezer.

Entertainment: TV with freeview, DVD player. 

Outside: A large enclosed private courtyard and garden is available. Outdoors furniture is provided. 

Parking: off road parking at the front of the house and on street parking available. 

General: WiFi Provided. No Smoking. Heating and Electricity included. Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
