With great conditions for kayaking, surfing and safe swimming as well as fishing, this single level property boasts great views over Bigbury on Sea, Burgh Island as well as countryside views, all from the rear aspect. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and two singles ( with a third with an additional single bed accessed through the master bedroom) a family bathroom and an ensuite both with a shower cubicle, wc and wash basin. Outside, the property offers a decked area with electric grill and seating and a large grassed playing area for children.
