Sofa's were a bit low and TV height on the wall was a bit odd - otherwise nice and comfy and snug.

Osmington Lodge was located 10 minute walk from clubhouse, pool etc. Weather was kind to us but I'd imagine choosing the road walk instead of short cut steps past lodges might be safer if raining. The balcony had wooden bench and was quite shady, we'd opt for a different lodge if wanting to bbq/spend time sunning outside nxt time. Washer/Tumble not that great but ok for smalls. Lovely furniture and beds comfy 

The lodge was nothing like it appeared on the pictures. When we entered we were shocked at the tiredness and tattiness of the lodge. The carpet and sofa was stained, the lino in the kitchen was dirty and badly ripped, there was a tiny table with four chairs, which considering the lodge is for six people and we are five people, was inadequate. The staff eventually provided us with a bigger table to accommodate five people. The windows were filthy and in one of the twin rooms the carpet was wet. At our request, the cleaning staff came to clean the carpet and the sofa and to repair the leak from the overflow from the bathroom. The carpet, however remained wet for the remainder of the duration of our stay and the smell was almost unbearable. At one point I attempted to vacuum the carpet (vacuum cleaner was poor so had to also be replaced) and found a piece of glass by the sofa on the carpet in the lounge area. We also had to clean the cutlery tray as it was full of crumbs. The staff apologised on various occasions but were unable to move us. My twin boys both became ill during the week, whether it was down to the damp conditions in their room is debateable. We spent the first hour of our stay trying to rectify the situation, trying to get hold of reception staff.
