Loved the lodge and used the hot tub every day. One minor gripe was the dryer didn't work .

The lodge is lovely, very well laid out and comfortable. The beds were really comfortable. I have an eight year old who watches 4 in a bed so he went straight in for a cleanliness inspection :-) he did find lots of dust particularly on the blinds. The lodge has a 'hot tub'. I wouldn't call it a hot tub as the max temperature is set to 33.5 degrees. We are lucky enough to have a hot tub at home and don't run it at less that 38 degrees so it was not 'hot' enough for us so we didn't use it. Most of the jets were not working so it was not very effective. There was an issue with one of the showers. It was only running cold water. We informed reception and a plumber came out the next day. Again it wasn't resolved so next day another plumber came out an actually replaced the shower. This was great and seemed to resolve the issue, however, we were told they had been to this lodge many times about this shower. If you already know there is an issue why put people in the lodge to get an unpleasant cold shower.

We were on horse shoe lake lovely views lots of parking.Beds were so comfy and we used our Amazon stick for movies. TVs in every room.. amazing hottub.So clean too.
