Located in a complex of holiday households in Preston, Dorset, Seaview is only a couple of minutes away from the beach and as the name suggests, has stunning sea views from the property.

Sleeping up to four people in two bedrooms on the separate floors, it has a separate shower room and an en-suite bathroom for your convenience.

Ground-floor kitchen is perfect to prepare a meal and socialise in the sitting area or over the dinner at the dining table.

Step outside via patio doors and you will find your outside seating area, sink in the views of Jurassic coast stretching to the Isle of Portland, enjoy a drink and sunshine.

The Isle of Portland is famous with National Sailing Academy and water sports enthusiasts but staying at Seaview you are close to Bowleaze cove where you have several water activities to choose from too.

Bowleaze cove with sand and pebble beach is a couple of minutes away from the property.

An abundance of walks is available from your door towards Ringstead and beyond with magnificent views leading the way. You may choose to mix things up and head inland to beautiful Dorset countryside to explore quaint villages.

Few minutes’ walk from Seaview is The Harvester pub and the Oasis café perfect for a meal and taking a break.

The seaside town of Weymouth is two miles away from Preston. You may want to walk along the esplanade or drive with a car, or take a bus and explore bustling town centre, Old Harbour or spend the whole day on the beach with Punch and Judy shows. For those with energy to burn a brisk walk from the cottage is Lodmoor Country Park which encompasses the Sea Life Centre, Go Karts, Sand World, Pirate Mini Golf as well as the Lodmoor Nature Reserve. Watersports are also available nearby.

Seaview will suit those wishing for a seaside holiday with wonderful views.

Bowleaze is just behind Bowleaze Cove that is seated at the end of Weymouth’s long 3-mile beach front perched on the edge of Preston. A small sand and shingle beach is a popular choice for those who like to use Jet Ski’s as it’s one of the few areas on the beach front they can be used freely. A popular area of Weymouth offering beautiful views back towards Weymouth and Portland whilst only being a short distance from the main beach and town centre. There are many places to eat and you can join the south west coast path towards Osmington Mills, Ringstead and beyond from here. Predominantly a residential area, it’s perfect those who want to escape to the seaside but retain the tranquillity of a residential area.
