A door from the kitchen area leads to a good sized enclosed garden, with lawned patio area and play area for the children. There is off road parking for two cars. Upstairs are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Just along the road, only a 2-minute walk, is Radipole Park with an extensive field, children’s playground, basketball and tennis court, great for guests with children. There is also the Radipole rspb lakes with plenty of wildlife and a bird sanctuary and the visitor centre is about a 10-minute walk away. The railway station is about 400 metres from the Radipole rspb centre. Also within easy walking distance are a pub serving food, a takeaway, two large supermarkets and shopping outlets, all within about 5-minutes’ walk of the property. The long stretch of sand that forms Weymouth beach is about a 5-minute drive where you will also find the centre of the bustling town and harbour. Weymouth and Portland are at the heart of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. The area is great for walkers, sightseers, cyclists, kite-surfers and climbing as well as sailing. Whether you are looking for a stroll on the promenade, long sandy beaches, a historic harbour side, some top attractions, great entertainment or panoramic seascapes and landscapes, this is the area to visit.
