    This delightful single storey detached bungalow, next to the owners’ home, has been thoughtfully furnished to provide a comfortable, well presented base to explore this popular area. The open plan living area has a comfortable leather corner suite and practical wood laminate flooring. There is plenty of wardrobe space in the bedroom, which includes a tiled en-suite shower room. Outside there is a lawned enclosed garden with sitting out area and barbecue. Across the lane is a direct path to miles of woodland walks, making this ideal for couples with a dog (or two small dogs). The local pub serving good food is only 400 yards away. There is so much to do in the area, Wimborne is 4 miles away, and is a quaint market town with a theatre, coffee houses, shops and inns. There are various festivals and fairs throughout the year too. Within easy driving distance are beaches (the closest being only 8 miles at Bournmouth or Poole) and also Sandbanks and Studland Bay. Also within easy reach are Poole Nature Reserve, Brownsea Island, and to the west, The Purbecks, Corfe Castle, and Jurassic Coastline. Moors Valley is a popular place to visit and is dog friendly, with scenic walks, and excellent wildlife spotting. There are many recreational activities, such as angling, orienterring, cycle hire, golf, Go-Ape Tree Top Adventure, Forest Segway, canoeing, and petanque. Avon Heath is nearby and is ideal for keen walkers. There are various fishing lakes (mainly carp) and golf courses in the area too. The New Forest National Park is easily accessible, and provides miles of scenic walks and a network of bridle paths and footpaths. There is a waterpark nearby and the charming town of Fordingbridge which has a host of shops, cafés and restaurants. Old Stable Lodge is convenient for road links to the cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury. Other attractions include Stonehenge, Marwell Zoo, Monkey World, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Bovington Tank Museum, New Forest Otter and Owl Park. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

    "Description should declare that there a campsite within the owners grounds & access is directly past the front of the bungalow. Also toilet for campsite is attached to the bungalow. The chemical waste & dustbins is directly opposite the kitchen window."

    "Nice cottage, clean and warm, however was disappointed with that it was located on a drive leading to a caravan site on the property, the gate in and out is right by kitchen window, and the toilet block for the site is attached to the cottage, producing some noise issues day and night."

    "The bungalow was pleasant and comfortable. We would have preferred the hot water not to have been reliant on an immersion heater. The bathroom needed a brighter bulb in the ceiling light and lighting fitted above the mirror. It was chilly in the bathroom first thing in the morning because the towel rail was never on. There was a constant loud ticking from a timer in one of the kitchen cupboards. The dog blanket should have been in a basket and not on the leather suite. Even so, it was worthy of a nine.On arrival, we were upset to find that the owners also run a caravan and camper van site and dog training classes in their grounds. If this had been mentioned in either the property details or reviews, we would have not booked. Even worse, was the lack of privacy. Opposite the kitchen sink window is a screened area for waste disposal and chemical toilet emptying. Attached to the bathroom is a toilet for the campers, which could be heard in the bathroom and bedroom, when flushed. It was not unusual for someone to be standing by the bathroom window, whilst holding a gate open."
