The location is fabulous. Caravan (Hamford) good value, bedrooms very small, beds not terribly comfortable. Very well stocked, had everything you would need including clothes airer, good heating system, plenty of hot water. Reasonable storage space.Next time I would go for a bigger caravan. But it's great for small children. On site pool great for little ones. Staff in the shop very friendly. Handy on site launderette.Overall we had a good time and I would go back.

We booked last minute and got a good deal so expectations weren't very high, however when we arrived it was freezing and the heating didn't work, the caravan itself was so very dirty and tired. Discovered the next day that there was no shower wall attachment therefore you had to hold the shower head which with three kids, one being a baby was impossible. We let the resort know that this was the case and a list of other items and they fixed the fire, however never did anything in regard to the shower. No apology and in the end we left early as the caravan was impossible wth three children, especially one crawling around. We understand that caravans are priced differently, however this one was absolutely terrible, disgusting and needs to be refurbished before other families stay!
