Regular visitors to Keswick will appreciate the excellent location of S70215 as a base for a Lakeland holiday. Situated on the edge of town, and therefore in a more peaceful location, it is still only 10 minutes’ walk through Fitz Park to the town centre. The footpath leading to Latrigg and Skiddaw starts outside the property, with an inn and café both only 400 yards away. Keswick Leisure Pool is at the opposite end of the road and the property enjoys very easy access off the A66. S70215 is a four bedroom, semi-detached property with the added benefits of three bathrooms, a conservatory, a garage and shed for bikes, as well as a good size garden, parking for four medium size cars and additional on road parking. The accommodation is both stylish and comfortable and is equally suitable for two families or groups of walkers. Shop and restaurant ½ mile, pub 400 yards.

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, warm and well equipped. Difficult to find as there were roadworks right outside with temporary traffic lights. Not a fault likely to reappear. Keswick is as nice as ever. But in December in the rain a long walk through Fitz Park so we drove into town. Parking easily available but pricey during the day but free after 7.00pm. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We were a party of eight - three generations from one family. We found S70215 an ideal holiday home with plenty of sockets for the many appliances, comfortable beds, space, equipment etc. The younger generation found adventure activities fairly close by, the older members of the party walked the hills around without having to use a car. The weather was perfect - we had a great holiday."

"A very well sized house,furnished to a high standard. Very well equipped and a lovely cosy feel. The house was immaculate all the way through. The house has stunning views at the with front over the fells. A stones throw from Fitz Park and an easy walk into Keswick.Would definitely stay here again.Our husbands competed in the 10 Peaks challenge and it was wonderful watching the runners coming over the fell at night with their head torches twinkling."

"We had an excellent week at S70215 and were blessed with glorious weather too. Apart from an initial glitch in that the electrical sockets were not powered, all other facilities and equipment worked well. The conservatory was a delightful space and we made good use of the garden, including a bbq on the Sunday evening.In a town whose parking generally is challenging, it was great to have plenty space for our 3 cars on the driveway. The views from the front rooms to Skiddaw were splendid; and The Pheasant Inn-a new haunt for us- now ranks among our favourite pubs in Keswick for both food and drink."
