Superb location with walks from the door and a great coffee shop down the road. Ambleside is a perfect area to stay in the lakes with stunning scenery and easy access to get all around the lakes."

    "S73177 is a lovely Lakeland cottage set in a quiet spot close to walks from the doorstep and well placed for touring the area. Loughrigg Tarn almost next door, is one of the most beautiful spots to take a leisurely stroll around or you can scramble up and over the hill to Ambleside. The cottage is well equipped, cosy and homely with the most beautiful tiered garden. "

    "Lovely cottage! I stayed at the property over 20 years ago and it still retained the character it always had along with some modern touches that complimented the property perfectly. Our dealings with the staff were excellent - we even extended our stay albeit for a day and they were swift and professional with allowing us to do this. Will defiantly use the Good Life Cottage Company again!"
