    Donna – 1 Sep 2018
"We stayed as a family aged 41-91 with my gran in a wheelchair, it doesn’t have an adapted bathroom but we managed with the ramp to the back door. Location great, brilliant fishing and great for dog walking. Julie was fabulous nothing was to much trouble! The hot tub was a great added bonus :)"
    Katharine – 31 Jul 2018
"It was absolutely tranquil and we just loved it .The furnishing was so tasteful in the house and the hot tub was such a treat"
    Nikki – 18 Jul 2018
"We had a lovely, relaxing weekend! Great, quiet location with excellent pub food just up the road. The accommodation was much bigger than we thought it would be and the hot tub was fab. We would definitely stay again!"
    Sarah – 7 Jul 2018
"Enjoyable stay. Market Harborough is a very good town to visit. Peaceful location."
    Marian – 20 Jun 2018
"Had a great weekend, lovely area and the owner was very helpful, warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend it!"
    Julie – 26 May 2018
"The cottage was as described. Spotlessly clean and equipped with all household items. Hot tub was a lovely extra as was the week of good weather. Lovely remote location, very peaceful and relaxing. The flip side being that amenities were a car ride, which was fine for us. We visited the nearby Foxton Locks, Rutland Water, Market Harborough and Melton Mowbray. Perfect for a relaxing break, thank you."
    Confirmed guest – 16 May 2018
"The cottage was lovely but it would have been good if we had been provided with a few more essential items; more tea towels, oven glove, kitchen roll etc. A couple of minor additions would also make the bathrooms more user friendly i.e. a shelf of some description in the shower of the en suite so you’ve somewhere to put your toiletries and some towel hooks in both the en suite and the main bathroom. That being said, overall we had a lovely time, the cottage has been done out to a high standard, is in a lovely location and it was so peaceful sitting outside. For those with dogs it would have been better if the garden was better enclosed so that they could be off the lead in the garden but again that a minor point."
    Daisy – 21 Apr 2018
"Read the welcome pack when you arrive!! lovely cottage too! Also no bbq or wood for log burner"
    Jason – 18 Apr 2018
"Excellent rural location. Beautiful cottage. Hot tub was a blessing."
    Stacey – 3 Mar 2018
"Excellent place lots of fun and really lovely will definitely be back again"
    Ruth – 25 Feb 2018
"Great cottage, fantastic hot tub and we loved Market Harborough."
    NICOLA – 20 Feb 2018
"This is a lovely cottage well decorated and clean. However the sound proofing with the adjoining cottage is poor (although the owner did say it was to regulations when we mentioned it to her but other people had mentioned it to her as well) so if the people in the next cottage are in it is very noisy and not at all relaxing. If you had a large group and booked both cottages the interconnecting door would be great. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Hot tub is nice extra with the cottage."
