    Karen – 5 Dec 2018
"What a fabulous cottage its pictures do not do it justice. The attention to detail in each room is fantastic. The garden is enormous and hot tub is such a bonus. We were there early December with the Christmas decorations it was magical. Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind and we were only there for the weekend so we didn't take full advantage of the garden and surrounding area. Will definitely be going back."
    Christine – 7 Nov 2018
"A fabulous cottage really well equipped. Plenty of room for 12 ....we were a party of 8 adults 3 small children and a new baby. It worked really well for us. Everything provided including stair gates. Loved the surrounding garden and land. Only negative was its a walk to the beach which is not far but all on road with no pavement but that's not the fault of the cottage. Would certainly return."
    Philip – 26 Sep 2018
"This was a very good house for a week’s holiday for our group of eight retired people. It’s well-placed for walking, and visiting places of interest."
    Joy – 13 Aug 2018
"The house was in excellent condition, and the popular hot tub was treated every morning. The garden was a bonus, though the fantastic weather had left holes in the outer garden. The beach was a 10-minute walk away, with many other local beaches close, and our family group children loved it. Wet weather would be more of a problem. We are thinking of going again!"
    Andy – 2 Aug 2018
"The cottage provided a luxury family retreat, lovely safe garden for our toddlers and close to the beach. High standards of equipment, decor and cleanliness. We would definitely recommend it. Thank you. Only hard thing to swallow is the huge hike of double the price in the school holidays compared with September."
    Steven – 12 Jun 2018
"The cottage was outstanding. The hot tub was good fun. The area was a bit down market and not many good pubs for food."
    Marc – 12 May 2018
"Had a lovely time, couldn't help the britsh weather, great value for money."
    Jonathan – 2 May 2018
"Nice cottage, very family friendly and modern but with old character. Good location for the beach and exploring the coast. Large garden.Recently refurbished and child friendly with stair gates, cots and high chairs."
    Brenda – 7 Apr 2018
"What a beautiful cottage! Three generations of our family were on holiday and the spacious front room, big kitchen and beautiful bedrooms meant everyone had a relaxing and fun holiday. We had not explored the Lincolnshire Wolds before and the area has an understated rural beauty about it. Great sandy beaches nearby which were quiet - perfect for strolling with the dog, kite flying and looking at the great variety of shells on the beach. The games room (located in the large front room), hot tub and wood burning stoves kept everyone happy. There is a pub and shop locally but we spent most of our days exploring the area. The Farmer Browns Ice-cream parlour is definitely worth a visit as is The Red Cow in Alford who provided great pub grub at a very reasonable price in a friendly atmosphere. The large garden is lovely to stroll around and the patio area is great for outdoor dining as it's just off the kitchen."
