    "Very good!"
"It would have been nice for the owner, who lives next door, to come around to welcome us. I only saw her by chance on our day of departure. There was no WiFi or DVD player. The cottage was warm and comfortable but a few more pots and pans would have been useful. The client folder was shambolic and the pub recommended, the Black Horse in Ingham served us the most atrocious meal we have had for AGES."
"A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We really appreciated the fresh country air, the lovely views and the peaceful surroundings. Although the setting is in a busy farm this did not spoil our enjoyment in any way.Our host, Carol was very friendly and helpful and all the facilities we required were freely available. We hope to stay there again next year."
"A nice cottage in a lovely setting. Good location to explore Lincolnshire. Part of a working farm so privacy is comprised. Always aware of the host families activities. Wifi access is problematic. Otherwise all good."
"Very friendly hosts. Nothing too much trouble. We all enjoyed our stay with ages from mid 70 to 8. The farm setting was very good as peaceful but within easy reach of Lincoln. (Being an ex farmer perhaps I am a little biased!!!)"
    "Lovely place, great holiday."
"Fantastic location. Owner very friendly. Let down by state of kitchen which was not very clean. Previous guests had left utensils, pots and pans dirty. We were treated to an amazing view of the Vulcam Bomber as it took off and flew over the cottage several times."
"We had a fantastic time at The Grange. Very comfortable and quiet, great location. Owners helpful and friendly. Would go back!"
"The quilt on my bed was so thin I had to buy an extra blanket. The shower head in the main bathroom was awful and to run a bath I had to run the water very slowly to get it hot enough."
"Lovely cottage. Has everything you need for a nice stay. The cottage does smell of dogs as you walk in, but you get used to this and the cleanliness isn't affected."
"This is a beautiful cottage with a lovely outlook of horses in the field and a wonderful view over open countryside as you enter the farm. Even the tall chimneys of the power station in the distance add an interest to the outlook. We were surprised that the cottage itself was so much bigger than the impression we gained from the description. My daughter, son and partners came for the W/E to celebrate her 21st. birthday and the house is ideal for a small party. Our only disappointment was the pool table is gone and it is now a small football table but great fun was had on that nevertheless. The location is within 6 or so miles from Lincoln so it was easy for my daughter to go to and from the University. The cottage rates among one of the best I have stayed at for factors such as view, size, ease and amount of parking, number of toilets and added bonus of a large hallway and an additional area at the back for storing boots etc. The only slight difficulty I had was finding a working tin opener( not often needed nowadays but I happened to buy the rare non opening tin) Also I could not find an indoor clothes dryer but we managed as I ony washed a few things. In summer I think it may be a little awkward as there is no private area to sit outside although I understand eveyone is welcome to use the outside patio furniture. As the other reviews mentionit is not ideal for an elderly frail relative. The downstairs bedroom is small but adequate. To access the downstairs toilet is a hazardous journey across the front room down two steps ( a hand rail is provided here ) and across the kitchen. The downstairs shower is located in an extra room off the kitchen which also houses the washing machine and fridge freezer. The toilet and washbasin are in a separate small room entered from this extra room. We liked the ensuite upstairs and the bathroom was warm and perfect for me as I like a bath . As an extra shower and toilet though the downstairs ones are very useful. Overall a lovey place to stay."
"This cottage was extremely spacious and was the most well equipt cottage I have ever stayed in. All the rooms, and there were many, were wonderful, even the 'boot room' for drying dogs, not that we had any rainy days. We spent many hours trying to guess the old layout with the ultra thick walls. The views across the farm land were superb and the whole atmosphere, despite the working farm, was that of tranquility. The whole family were kind, happy to answer any questions and made our stay most welcoming. The Red Arrows display team were a welcome bonus. We rate this cottage way beyond the best....."
"Very happy with our stay in this spacious cosy cottage. It`s a beautiful quiet location with lovely views of the Lincolnshire countryside."
"Spacious accommodation in a good location. Ground floor bedroom a long way from toilet so not idea for elderly parents. "
"Spacious accommodation given cost. Farm setting is quiet and requires car. Friendly people and animals."
"A warm welcome was received when arriving at this spacious and well equipped cottage. Despite being on a farm our stay was quiet and restful. We took our two Jack Russell's and the property had a lobby entrance that they could sleep in which opened onto the kitchen. All tiled and easy to keep clean flooring. I would have preferred to have a private adjoining outdoor area for the dogs to have the freedom to come and go as they needed, and to enable us to eat outside in private. That would have made this perfect."

"Lovely spacious cottage situated on a quiet farm in rural Lincolnshire. Handy for Lincoln and surrounding villages. Would recommend it! May 2012. "

"This farm cottage is ideally situated for people with a car as it is a couple of miles to the nearest eatery. It is not luxurious but who would expect anything else from a country cottage? There are plenty of places of interest in Lincoln. The owners of the cottage adjoin the property and would be helpful if needed. March 2012."

"Friiendly owners; car essential; good facilities for small children on property and in area; convenient for visiting Lincoln; good pubs nearby. March 2012."

"The cottage is well maintained, but has been converted in slightly quirky sort of way hence some doors in strange places and an over-sized hall-way. In sits in a beautiful setting overlooking farmland. There are two pubs in the village - one considerably better than the other- so best to check with the friendly owner. We loved the large kitchen/diner and spent many hours sitting and chatting together during our family get together. The lounge was so comfortable! This is a place to return to for a group of 6. Recommended. Oct 2011."

"We really loved this cottage as it was just like home from home. The kids loved the farm & the owners/children were lovely people & really helpful. When we arrived, there was a lovely lemon cake & pint of milk in the fridge to welcome us which was really appreciated. The cottage was really cosy & spacious & had a games room which my husband & kids spent quite a lot of time in. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone & we would love to go back to it again maybe sometime in the future. July 2011."
