Guests say

Guests have consistently praised the Bishy Barney Bee lodge in Thetford for its comfort, cosiness, and relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor bath and hot tub are frequently highlighted as delightful features, and the ability to watch deer from the lodge adds to the tranquil experience. The service is described as amazing, and guests express a strong desire to return. While there was a minor issue with hot water, it was quickly resolved, and the uneven track road to the lodge did not detract from the overall positive experiences.

The lodge is commended for its cleanliness, with guests noting that it was clean and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The location is appreciated for its peacefulness and the opportunity to observe wildlife, such as deer. However, the mention of an uneven track road suggests some accessibility concerns, which slightly impacts the score.

Guests find the lodge comfortable and cosy, with special mentions of the fire inside and the relaxing outdoor bath, contributing to a highly comfortable experience.

The facilities, including the hot tub and outdoor bath, are well-received. A quick resolution to a hot water issue indicates good maintenance, though the suggestion of adding a water fountain indicates room for improvement.

While guests are very pleased with the service and the amenities provided, there are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.
