This is an excellent property in a great location. I stayed for three and a half weeks, during which time I extended my stay twice. When I did the owner was both accommodating to all my requests and made it seamless. The property is clean, modern with all features required for a holiday stay for a family. Excellent off-road parking, and private setting and personal customer service very close by.

The cottage is very comfortable and clean. There is ample private parking for two vehicle's. It is ideally situated for visiting many of the attractions in North Norfolk. As birdwatchers we were very pleased to be able to visit many of the splendid reserves in the area. Would definitely recommend this property.
