The Boat House is on the first floor with external steps, and has everything you will need for a simple, relaxing getaway. The lovely location is the perfect spot to enjoy a barbecue in your little wooded haven.

With water sports on offer nearby, as well as plenty of wildlife walks on your doorstep, there's also a licensed Club House just a short stroll away, for socialising. And yet you are still only half an hour from the beautiful Norfolk coast, as well as the unusual forests and heathland landscapes of the Brecklands, and the lively medieval city of Norwich - so much choice from such a convenient location.
