A charming property within easy reach of the north Norfolk coast and some lovely inland market towns and villages. The bedrooms, in the eaves of the house, have slightly restricted head room but are beautifully presented rooms. The new owners have equipped the cottage with everything you would need for a great holiday and in their barn, just a few steps away, you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer and also its a great place for secure bike storage if you are planning on seeing the county on two wheels rather than four.

With some lovely walks in the surrounding countryside, notably at nearby Kelling Heath and the National Trusts' Sheringham Park, which has a very spectacular rhodedendron and azalea walk in late spring and year round views down to the coast. The historic house of Felbrigg Hall, also run by the National Trust is another good day out, with its 520 acre wood, gardens and the Hall itself; numerous family events are run here during the year too. The coastal resorts of Sheringham, Weybourne and Cromer are nearby and inland, seek out Holt with its cafe culture, independent boutiques, art galleries and antique haunts.
