A very peaceful and rural setting, the property is ideally located between the North Norfolk coast and the Norfolk Broads.The market town of Aylsham and the National Trust house at Blicking are a couple of miles away and it is only five miles to the sandy beaches at Cromer and Overstrand.  The area is surrounded by quiet lanes ideal for walking and cycling.The local pub, shops, cafes and crafts centre can be easily reached from a footpath starting at the property (under 1 mile). Children will enjoy the huge gardens, ideal for building dens and flying kites.
