Laid out over two floors, this traditional brick-and-flint cottage has been lovingly renovated. Original floors, exposed beams, inglenook fireplaces and wooden doors exude period charm, while relaxed, country-style furnishings and cosy throws and cushions add a welcoming ambience. With a spacious lounge and a delightful snug, there’s plenty of space to gather together or curl up with a book. When tummies rumble, a country-style kitchen with a double range oven is a dream to prepare meals in, before gathering around the dining table or dining alfresco on the patio. Venture up the main staircase to find three inviting bedrooms: a super-king-size, a double and a twin which can be made up as a second super-king-size. The master bedroom can also be accessed by a separate, seventeenth-century Norfolk winder staircase. A family bathroom with a patterned, tiled floor and wood panelling plus a ground-floor shower room and utility room offer comfort and convenience. Outside, a few steps lead up from the patio to an enclosed grassy garden. From here, a gate leads to the village recreation ground, complete with children’s play area. Private parking is available for up to three cars, along with an electric car charging point.

Visit the renowned Thursford Collection (2 miles), home to the famous Christmas Spectacular show, or head to the coast. Wells-next-the-Sea (8 miles) offers traditional seaside fun, while Holkham (9 miles) is famed for its stunning beach backed by sand dunes and pine forest, and historic Holkham Hall. It's a great destination for nature lovers too, with Cley Marshes and Blakeney Point within 8 miles.
